GuideMap Pro is designed so the Service Provider does not collect, log, sell, or retain your personal data through normal use of the app. No account is required, and no personal profile is built about you.
This Privacy Policy applies to the GuideMap Pro mobile application and related services operated by Robert Stanislaw Stachowicz (the “Service Provider”). It describes how privacy is handled when you browse places, view map content, save favorites, use route-planning features, or open location-related screens.
GuideMap Pro does not require registration and does not collect or store personal information through normal app use. We do not build advertising profiles, maintain user accounts, or keep a server-side history of your activity.
The Service Provider does not collect or retain precise real-time location information from your device. Location-related functionality, where available, is not used to create a location history on our servers.
Route selections, recent searches, saved places, favorites, and similar app content are not collected by the Service Provider for storage on external servers. If the app keeps such information locally for functionality, it remains on your device unless you remove it.
When internet access is needed, ordinary technical network data such as a temporary IP address may pass through network infrastructure to establish a connection. The Service Provider does not retain that information for tracking or profiling.
Because GuideMap Pro does not collect personal information, we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers. External services or websites you intentionally open may operate under their own privacy policies.
Any device permission presented by the operating system is controlled by you. You can review or revoke app permissions at any time through your device settings. The Service Provider does not use permissions to build a personal profile about you.
The Service Provider does not retain personal data from GuideMap Pro on its servers because the app does not collect or upload that data through normal use. Accordingly, there is no server-side personal-data retention period. Any data stored locally by the app remains under your control on your device.
No server-side retentionSince the Service Provider does not keep your GuideMap Pro personal data on external servers, there is normally no remote account or server record to delete. You may remove locally stored app content through available clear/delete controls or by uninstalling the app and removing its local storage. If you separately contact the Service Provider and voluntarily provide personal information by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence.
Local data stays under your controlGuideMap Pro is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through normal app use.
Avoiding server-side personal-data collection significantly reduces exposure. No technical system is completely risk-free, so users should still protect their device and keep the operating system updated.
This policy may be updated if GuideMap Pro changes. Material revisions will be reflected by updating the effective date and publishing the revised version where the policy is made available to users.
